KENT-MERIDIAN KEY CLUB
Kent-Meridian Key Club is part of Division 32 in the Pacific Northwest District! We meet every Thursday after school from 2:45 to about 3PM. Sometimes our meetings last longer for special occasions but a majority are about 30 minutes. Elisa Aguayo is our KM faculty advisor and John Bruns is our Kiwanis advisor. One of our most famous events we do as Key Club are concessions which takes place in Fall for football but we also host a dance for mentally disabled adults called SKCAC which occurs every October near Halloween. We have taken part in hosting this for over 10 years.

The Thirst ProjectOur mission is simple:
Build a socially-conscious generation of young people who END the global water crisis. We do this by educating students about it and activating them to rock the clean water cause & build real water projects all over the world. |
District Project
Our District Project for the 2018-2019 Key Club year is Thirst Project, the world's largest youth water organization. Thirst Project seeks to educate students around the nation on the global water crisis and empower them to go out and raise funds for global water project. It will help raise money to provide access to clean water in Swaziland by 2022. Swaziland's population is small enough to make it possible for dirty water to be eliminated.
